I personally can’t remember when I was “only” skiing. Maybe 5 years ago? 7? But probably longer… don’t even have alpine skis anymore, just skimo equipment. But hey, if you use the gondola, you get a lot more downhill practice. So brilliant chance to use my tooth-sticks on the slopes of Zillertal Arena to improve my skimo skiing. And as I am not the best cook, we kept the weeks recipe pretty simple:

Gonna have to say: this menu worked super well and I no doubt that I would repeat it again immediately!
